Community Outreach for Healthcare Access, LLC (COHA) was founded in 2020 to assist members of our community with gaining and maintaining access to quality healthcare. The founder of COHA is Lamar Spaulding. Lamar has 20 years of experience as a Life and Health insurance agent and is passionate about helping others take responsibility for their healthcare.
